M3Order Block
How it works
An Order Block is the last opposing candle (or candle cluster) before a strong impulsive move. Institutional positions are accumulated in these zones, so when price returns to mitigate them, the move often reverses or continues. The Order Block agent maintains a live registry of unmitigated blocks across timeframes and votes when price approaches one with the right context (preceded by BOS, in line with structure).
ICT concepts used
- Bullish / Bearish Order Block
- Mitigation block
- Breaker block (failed OB)
- Last opposing candle before impulse
- OB validity (must be preceded by BOS)
Voting behavior
Votes LONG when price is approaching a bullish OB after BOS. SHORT for bearish OB. Strength scales with timeframe (D OB > H4 OB > M15 OB). Vote weight: 1.2×.
