By accessing or using the Flowi Capital platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to engage in forex/CFD trading in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate, complete information during registration.
Flowi Capital offers: (a) Subscription-based copy trading at $100/month, (b) Profit-sharing arrangements with a 50/50 split for deposits of $1,000+, and (c) One-time EA purchase at $5,000. All services operate through the MetaTrader 5 platform using our proprietary Maniac 1.0 Expert Advisor.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details. You must not interfere with trades placed by the copy trading system on your connected MT5 account.
Subscription fees of $100/month are due on your billing date. Failure to pay within 3 days results in disconnection. Fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins. We accept cryptocurrency (USDT) and M-Pesa payments.
Trading forex and CFDs involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Flowi Capital does not guarantee any returns or profits. See our full Risk Disclosure for details.
Flowi Capital's maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for trading losses, technical failures, broker issues, or force majeure events.
The Maniac 1.0 EA, Flowi Capital brand, website content, and all related materials are our intellectual property. Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing any of our technology is prohibited.
Either party may terminate at any time with notice. Flowi Capital reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of terms, non-payment, or harmful conduct. Upon termination, open trades remain in your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
