1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Flowi Capital platform, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to engage in forex/CFD trading in your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate, complete information during registration.

3. Services Provided

Flowi Capital is a subscription-based AI market-analysis platform. Subscribers receive AI-generated trading signals, bias reports, and an optional Expert Advisor (EA) for MetaTrader 5 that executes signals on their own brokerage account. Tier pricing is published on the pricing page and may change for new sign-ups; existing subscribers are notified before any rate change. Subscribers retain full discretion and responsibility for their own accounts. Flowi Capital does not custody funds, does not place trades on accounts it controls, and does not take a share of subscriber profits.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, your license key, and the brokerage account you connect the EA to. You must not share your login details or redistribute your license. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the EA binary.

5. Payments & Billing

Subscription fees vary by tier and are due on your monthly billing date. We accept cryptocurrency only — USDT (TRC20), BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL, TRX, and USDC via NOWPayments. Failure to renew within the grace period (typically 7 days) results in license deactivation; existing trades remain managed to close but no new trades open. Fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

6. Risk Acknowledgment

Trading forex and CFDs involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of your investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Flowi Capital does not guarantee any returns or profits. See our full Risk Disclosure for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Flowi Capital's maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for trading losses, technical failures, broker issues, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

The Flowi Capital EA, the Flowi Capital brand, website content, AI models, signal logic, and all related materials are our intellectual property. Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing any of our technology is prohibited.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time with notice. Flowi Capital reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of terms, non-payment, or harmful conduct. Upon termination, open trades remain in your account.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
